Marvellous and particularly good position, we liked staying here.

The room was neat and compact on the “ balcony “, we stayed in all day. Amiable staff did a great job.

Had a pleasant stay for a short visit, glad I've chosen it. The double room I got was budget. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were a private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card. The location was marvellous and amazing, just a short stroll away from a decorative arts museum.

Convenient location close to airport, just a 15-minute drive away! The staff here are helpful and the food options are decent, with a good variety from bread to cereal 🍞🥣.

I had a great stay at Smarty Cologne Dom Hotel - Boardinghouse - Kontaktloser Self Check-In. The location was perfect, as it was close to the train station. I found the self check-in process to be convenient and hassle-free. The room was compact, but it was clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the comfortable mattress. Despite the lack of air conditioning, I managed to keep the room cool by keeping the balcony door open. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they provided assistance when needed. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Good-sized bedroom, excellent shower. Good breakfast. Really good location for train travellers and anyone wanting a city-centre base. A few steps from the main station and the cathedral.

The hotel is so close to the dom, I.E., Koeln Cathedrale, that the big and high dom can be properly captured in every angle by a camera exploiting the whole time of the day and night from evening to afternoon. The morning breakfast is ok.

The hotel has no lift and its small stairs bank is steep. For late arrival, the room key may be entrusted with an ibis hotel receptionist. The tv looks very old. Definitely a casual / budget choice.

The location in a shopping area was great with a market and little stores nearby, and the restaurant was just a short walk away.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With affordable prices and attention to detail, it's a great find. The location is also a major plus, just a stone's throw away from the bustling markets. The staff is friendly and provides top-notch service. Basic amenities are provided in the rooms, including a comfy bed and a spacious balcony to enjoy. Additionally, the breakfast served is delightful, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.

Everything was up to par, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is good, but do not have parking availability. When you arrive, it is a night mare to drop the bags.

Do not have elevator, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is too small, the staff is unpolite with no flexibility to give you support. At 8:00pm the reception close, if you arrive to check in after that you will not have a hotel. The price is too high for the return that this "hotel" can offer.

Hotel was very central and easy to find. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Cost of hotel was very good for the facilities offered. Hotel owner very kind when we were caught out with flight cancellations in December.

Greatly enjoyed its competent and very attentive staff.

It was a pleasant stay for one night. The marvellous and amazing location was close to Altstadt. Besides, it was next to the Domspatz, railway station and many tourist attractions and many stores and restaurant.

Good central location, comfortable modern room with balcony, easy check-in, helpful staff, clean bathrooms, convenient to train station.

Stains on floor and furniture, settee broken, wardrobe dirty containing a stained pillow, no drink making facility, shower cubicle very small , no lift 3 flights of stairs to room which was immediately above a major roundabout so very noisy.

Spent Easter at a hotel with great location, just 5 minutes away from the main attractions. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a mini-fridge and a kettle. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the self-check-in system. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which helped us stay connected with loved ones during the holiday.

The room was a bit small, but considering the location, it was a minor issue. The noise level from the street was noticeable, but not unbearable.
